FAQs

What if I have a turnover of less than £250k?

You can join our Lite mailing list to keep up to date with industry news and insights. Use our services to support and drive your growth. To sign-up to the Lite mailing list, go to Stage 1 Pricing.

Can I join if I turn over more than £30m?

We always look for brands that we truly believe in so if you are turning over more than £30m just get in touch and we will have a chat.

Are your events only hosted in London?

Many of our brands are based in London so most of our events are hosted in London. If you are a member and located regionally, you can access event write-ups and recordings via our online portal. We are happy to dial you into an event if suitable. 

 

Do you record events?

We record some events and publish a write-up in our online portal. We are happy to dial you into an event if you cannot make it in person. This is only available to members. 

How does it work with competitors in the same category?

We believe in collaboration over competition and will always empower our Community brands as a collective. Brands self-police where information is sensitive.

Who in our team gets access?

Community membership is at the brand-level. Any permanent employees, from junior team members to CEOs, get access to events, the portal and other perks. Any contractors or interns that are with you for a fixed period do not get access. We require your input in determining who is an employee and new joiners or leavers.

Can we cancel our membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time, all we ask is that you give us at least one month’s notice ahead of your next payment and you fill in our feedback form to share more info on why you would like to cancel.
