BRAND MANAGER – £30-35k, London

The successful candidate will play an important role in one of our brands small but growing marketing team. You will be responsible for their e-commerce marketing, strategic brand partnerships, and Brand initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity with strategic and data-driven thinking, along with a passion for collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital & E-commerce Marketing:
    • Develop and execute the e-commerce marketing strategy to align with the overall marketing strategy, considering the end-end consumer journey across all channels
    • Work closely with the sales team to support online retail shopper conversions via executing brilliant online basics, as well as paid support plans
    • Ownership of the website front-end to drive brand discovery (both products and recipes), along with shopper conversion, ensuring it is SEO optimised.
  • Strategic Brand Partnerships:
    • Identify brands to partner with to drive joint value, including brand awareness & rewarding our loyal brand lovers. 
    • Develop 360 plans in collaboration with other brands that fit natural within our own brand values & context, as well setting clear & quantifiable KPIs to measure success.
  • Brand Management:
    • Own and deliver brand initiatives from the insight all the way to the target consumer. This could be NPD or a comms activation depending on the objective.

The Person:

  • 2+ years experience within brand management with strong experience in digital, and ideally e-commerce (DTC or retailer comms support)
  • Data-driven & commercial marketeer who understands the shopper, the category context and how to develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A starter-finisher with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • You are happy to get stuck-in and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of best practice SEO
  • Ideally (but not essential) experience working with Shopify.
