This functional snack brand has created an incredible product with a purpose.   They're now looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager to join the growing team and be responsible for implementing and optimising the acquisition strategy and continue helping the company on it's rapid growth.


  • Implement the aquisition strategy across all channels including spend, KPIs and timeline
  • Day to day running of all of the paid channels including Facebook, Google Ads & Instagram
  • Optimise strategies that increase the company's SEO
  • Establish a robust data insights strategy to inform marketing
  • Recommend, apply and track results of A/B tests based on consumer insights to increase conversion
  • Be the technical lead for the brands' marketing team
  • Work closely with our Brand Manager to support on brand and retention strategy


Hopefully you'll have some or all of the following:

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing ideally within consumer goods
  • Proficiency in implementing campaigns across digital paid media
  • Ability to synthesise complex data into clear consumer insights
  • A drive to make a social impact
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and detailed execution
  • Quick, clear and honest communication.
