Field Sales Executive – London

£20k basic salary – OTE circa £25k


This innovative brand are using tech to make accessing the best coffees and hot drinks in your neighborhood that bit easier!


They're in the process of launching their app and are looking for an energetic and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join the team and excel at getting new independent coffee shops and cafes signed up to their app.


The role: 

  • Visiting coffee shops and cafes across London to build relationships and convert leads
  • Phone-based business development – calling exciting independent venues to get them signed up to list on the app
  • Managing KPIs such as store visits and the number of converted leads
  • Working as part of a small field sales team
  • Building key relationships with store owners and managers
  • Part of the team building a wider field sales and growth strategy for the brand
  • Research potential new areas and sites that would be a great fit for the brand to develop into


The person:

  • Motivated to build a career in sales
  • Previous experience as a barista or working in a coffee shop is highly advantageous
  • Passionate about quality coffee
  • High energy with a seriously entrepreneurial attitude
  • Confident and comfortable working in a field sales role
  • Not afraid to work quite autonomously to achieve results
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to easily build rapport and relationships
