GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER – £42k, London

This healthy and ethical plant based brand is going through a period of very high growth, expanding rapidly across all channels.

They’re now looking for a passionate Head of Growth Marketing to join the growing team. This role will be focused around managing and growing core digital customer acquisition and retention channels from strategy to delivery. These channels include customer referral, email, social, influencer marketing, partnerships, affiliate advertising, and customer loyalty. You should have proven experience delivering growth, driving customer acquisition, reducing CAC’s, and building revenue in a fast-paced business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the acquisition and retention strategy and performance, with a focus on core channels: customer referral, email, social, influencer marketing, partnerships, affiliate advertising, and customer loyalty
  • Work with the marketing and digital teams to develop, implement and execute data-led campaigns to new and existing customer segments
  • Analyse and report on acquisition and retention against business KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations to help drive new and existing customer revenue across the business
  • Monitor channel and campaign performance on a regular basis, making proactive campaign optimisations with a data-first approach
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to continually improve messaging, creative, and user experience to improve customer engagement, conversion rate, and reorder rate
  • Manage supplier and agency relationships.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in DTC acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Expert knowledge, and proven track record, of growing a customer base
  • Strong background in the campaign setup and execution process across owned and paid media
  • Confidence in evaluating campaign performance over a range of acquisition and retention KPIs and reporting back to key stakeholders
  • Excellent data and analytical skills, with experience working alone and with a team to derive insights from data that can be leveraged by the wider business
  • A highly analytical mindset, with a focus on testing and analysing data to improve performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment driving high growth
  • Comfortable with accountability, where responsibility for channel delivery and performance stops with you.
