Head of Product Marketing, £80-95k + shares, Hertfordshire


We're working with a super high-growth health and wellness brand who have an incredible track record and a brilliant range of innovative products!


They are now looking for a Head of Product Marketing to join the team. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and be a senior leader within the business.


The role:

  • Managing the creation of the brand and product strategies
  • Managing NPD launch plans
  • Growing the brand through EPD
  • Staying close to the brands customer base for market insights, opportunities and to spot any issues
  • Working on creative strategies
  • Driving customer acquisition and retention
  • Leading and growing the Product Marketing team


The person:

  • A depth of brand management experience and a passion for all things brand and marketing
  • Experience leading and coaching Product Marketing teams
  • Experience in Ecommerce or Digital is highly advantageous
  • Performance driven
  • A strong ability to leverage customer insights
  • Super organised
  • Experience managing external agencies and partners
