Your creativity, innovation, confidence, graft and endless positive energy will be integral to driving growth. You’ll disproportionately win market share by adding category value through premiumisation and incrementality.

The UK multiples will be your main targets (alongside other opportunities you’ll identify including in OOH/foodservice). With three new SKUs launching in Q3 and Q4 of 2020 and an exciting NPD pipeline this is a rare chance to join a business poised at a real tipping point of growth and looking for a high impact, hands-on leader to help take the business to the next level.

Key Skills & Experience

  • *Must have UK Top 4 Grocery/Retail sales experience + P&L and JBP management (Irish market knowledge big bonus)
  • A proven track record in business development and winning new Multiples listings
  • Good knowledge of category management and brand management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills aligned with impressive presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven commercial and strategic planning skills
  • A reputation for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results in a sales capacity
  • Problem solver with analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend info
  • Self-starting and do not need direct supervision to motivate you for success – this is a culture of individual accountability and ownership
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the process of building something lasting from the ground up
