National Account Manager

£40-55k base with bonus

London based

We are working with a really exciting zero alcohol brand who are relatively young but have already made a big impact on the market. Their product has been incredibly well received and they’re now looking to bring on board a salesperson to get it into as many hands as possible!

The founders both have a rich background in FMCG and a passion for the product – their go to market strategy and growth plans are clear and realistic so all the foundations are in place for the brand to become a rocket ship.

The Role

  • Consistently be driven and determined in delivering against sales targets and also passionate in the brand

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with the ideal accounts in the UK

  • Own the PnL and ensure a great success rate from listings

  • Represent and deliver the core principles of the brand in meetings & pitches

  • Upsell and expand listings through effective account management

  • Take on coaching and management of junior sales team members

  • Stay up to date with trends in the marketplace and become an expert in the field

The Person

  • 4-5 years of Account Management experience

  • Experience with at least 1 big 4 retailer

  • Curious and eager to learn

  • Self starter

  • Pride in sales results but also the wider brand

  • Ambition for career growth

  • Initiative

  • A people person

  • Confident but humble
