OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (HEALTHY SNACKING) (North London, £20-24K)

This rapid-growth healthy snacking FMCG brand has big plans for 2020. They're at the forefront of the snacking revolution and are constantly innovating their brand, staying on top of consumer trends.

They are now looking for an excel whizz ready to hit the ground running as an Operations Executive, joining their innovative brand, working closely with the managing director to meet their growing demand!

The Role

The Operations and Supply chain team follow the product journey from a customer order into the consumer’s hands, getting them on time and in full, is a fundamental part of their business. As a new business, they’re constantly learning, solving problems as they arise and focus on creating the systems and solutions across the business today that will form the foundation of their business as they grow. 

Key Responsibilities

Join a collaborative and focused brand, working together to make sure their supply chain is ship-shape and they’re doing a fantastic job for their customers.

Implement and enhance their supply chain logistics – anticipate and forecast customer needs and then work directly with their suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Inventory management – Help to ensure the systems and procedures they have in place are working properly and to always be aware of the available goods across all their ingredients and locations to identify and resolve any shortages before they’re ever an issue.

Customer fulfillment- work effectively to meet the varying needs of all our customers. That could be hitting a tight delivery slot or quickly coming up with solutions to meet the more challenging customer requests.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and numerical aptitude
  • A methodical thinker with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
  • Positive, proactive and tenacious: things in the business can change very quickly, so being reactive to unexpected opportunities and challenges is key
  • Ability and interest to work cross-functionally, be ready to roll up their sleeves and carry out tasks away from their core focus
  • Honesty & integrity- a conviction in their work to improve their small patch of the world for themselves and others
  • Be a team player
