Technical Administrator (£25K, London)

An exciting challenger brand in the Young Foodies network is looking for someone eager to start their career in the technical team, working closely with the product technical and NPD manager.

This role is an opportunity to build up your experience within an innovative scale-up food brand, leading in its category. You must be excited by food science and technology and be looking to progress in a career in the technical department of a high growth food brand.

The Responsibilities :

Taking ownership of production samples on a weekly basis
Respond to and oversee the management of customer feedback and product complaints, working to identify and report reoccurring trends
Manage and organise external product testing
Maintain the quality manual
Assist all certification requirements
Support the NPD and Technical function

The Person:

A food science degree or scientific/lab-based equivalent
Curious and eager to learn in a fast paced environment
A clear passion for food from a technical stance
An understanding of HACCP & GFSI is a plus!
Strong communication skills internally and with international external partners
Highly competent with Microsoft (especially Excel)
German language is a huge bonus!
