Our hiring processes last about 1 month and we recommend the process involves one telephone interview, 1 face-to-face interview with a task, and then a final round interview.

How do you find people?
To ensure maximium coverage we recruit through a number of difference sources. A high proportion of our network comes through word of mouth in the industry as we are known for our role in the challenger Community. Beyond this we use a combination of active search, jobs boards, advertising and even headhunting.
Do you advise on package structure e.g commission, equity?
Absolutely – we only work with high growth brands so have seen many different models for structuring compensation – some of which work and some of which do not. We will always advise our clients on the model that best fits with the market to ensure we are attracting the best talent.
Do you hire part-time people?
Yes we do. This is a popular route for many brands where they cannot yet justify a full-time role but would like an injection of experience.
What if we hire through you and then they leave?
This is a rare occurrence but if the new hire leaves after a short period of time in role, we will provide you with a refund. All of this is detailed in our Ts&Cs.
What size of business do you hire for?
We have hired for businesses ranging from £30m in turnover to a new start-up hiring their first employee. The only thing the businesses have in common is they are very high growth and have high standards for the people working in their teams.
Do you offer a referral if we know a superstar?
Absolutely. You will personally earn £250 if you refer a great person that we find a job.
