This intensive 1 day programme covers the principles of commercials in FMCG – specifically the numbers behind the deal.

We cover the basics of the P&L, net and gross margins, overriders, rebates, retros and triggers, factoring promotions into margins and more.

This course is taught by an FMCG Commercial Director and we recommend it for anyone handling pricing or negotiations in the sales team.
