This is a standard rolling full-time employment contract and offer letter template.

There are two variations of the bundle:

  1. Junior to Mid-level template – no legal time included
  2. Senior to Director template – includes 1 hour legal time from YF Legal

The Senior to Director template includes more complex requirements, such as post-termination restrictions, reference to previous Directorships, and other terms. We include 1 hour legal time from YF Legal to ensure you have fully considered these complexities.

The templates do not cover certain situations, for example, zero hours, part-time working or contractors. They are around 10 pages in length and include guidance comments throughout.

Key clauses included are:

  • commemencement of employment
  • job title and duties
  • place of work and hours
  • salary, expenses and bonus
  • holidays
  • incapacity
  • pension
  • disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • termination and notice period
  • intellectual property
