About the course

Effective questioning and listening skills are critical and often overlooked. Over this half day course, you will learn how to speak less and gain more, to be able to better engage with others. You will have plenty of opportunity to practice the skills during the time so you can come away confident that you are having better conversations.

The Trainer

It is taught by Helen Bryant. Previously with PepsiCo, Cadbury Schweppes and Britvic Soft Drinks, Helen has a strong track record in Sales and Commercial at a Director level. She has spent the last 9 years working as a strategic consultant developing and delivering learning programmes for FMCG clients. She understands what is needed to be successful and is highly effective at engaging individuals and teams on both core skills and craft commercial capabilities.
