About the course

With the supply chain often representing more than 50% of the costs in your business, it is critical that it is given the right level of oversight. Over 2 x half days, this programme will give you a strong foundation to supply chain in FMCG. You will come away with a strong understanding of principles of managing supply chains effectively, tips to save costs, raise efficiency and reduce costs and ultimately confidence that you are focusing on the right things in your business.

The Trainer

This course is taught by the Supply Chain Services team at Young Foodies, and was written by our founders Thea & Chris. Thea is the ex-Supply Chain Director at PROPER and Chris has run supply chains at brands spanning Ella’s Kitchen, Life Health Foods and Metcalfe Skinny Popcorn.
